Masters student requesting knowledge regarding the valorisation of food waste!

To support my masters thesis, I would welcome the opportunity to speak to individuals from policy, industry and the knowledge base about food waste valorisation. I'm interested in the concept of “redefining waste” and am curious about the policy and legislation driving the change to see waste as a resource in the UK and EU. I'm working to understand the limitations and barriers to entry that exist with selling products manufactured from food waste (namely waste coffee grounds) into the food and drink, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries. I'm looking for insight from different angles and want to better understand the drivers at play in shaping the bio-based or circular economy.
